Return Policy: You have up to 20 days after the ship date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.
When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less handling fees and the original shipping charges. There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns of all non-defective or non-damaged items. We will credit your credit card for the originally invoiced amount less the restocking fee & less the original shipping on the item(s) to you. On free shipping items you will be credited less the original cost of shipping the item to you plus any other applicable charges. All returns are subject to inspection. In the event an item is falsely reported as defective you will be credited less the cost of the shipping and restocking charges. We will not pay for the shipping charges to return non-defective or non-damaged items. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Items that are received damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge. Shipping charges to return and replace the item will be the responsibility of Club 9-1-1.
Any item returned without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Items must be returned in new condition, unused/unworn.
How To Return An Item:
- Log on to “My Account”
- Select, View Previous Orders
- Select the order number for the item you are returning
- At the bottom of the page select, “Request a Return Merchant Authorization Number”
- Follow the directions on the RMA form. You will receive a response within 24 hours (Mon. – Fri.)
- Return the item to Club 9-1-1 as specified in the RMA
Credit card refunds are processed within 5 business days of the items' return.
