Shipping Information
In order to receive same day shipping, your order for in-stock items must be received by 3pm ET. If you have any questions, please contact us via online chat or e-mail info@club911.com.

What are Club 9-1-1 Rewards?
Our Club 9-1-1 points program is designed to reward our frequent customers with discounts on future purchases. With every dollar you spend in our store you will receive an equal number of Club 9-1-1 Rewards points. These rewards points can be applied as a cash discount on future orders at the rate of 5% per dollar. For example if you spend $100 in our store you will have 100 points or $5 to put towards your next order. You can always check the status of your rewards points in Your Account and you may apply them during checkout. Club 9-1-1 Rewards points are not redeemable for cash.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Every purchase made on Club911.com is absolutely safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. When you place your order, you will be in secure mode. When you enter your credit card information it will be encrypted so that it cannot be read by others.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Club 9-1-1 offers a 30 day money back guarantee on most of our items. For more information please see our Return Policy.

Do you charge sales tax?
State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in states where they are headquartered. Club 9-1-1 is currently based in the state of Connecticut. Therefore we are required to charge applicable taxes in Connecticut. All other orders will not be charged sales tax.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service to our customers, shipping most orders same day. Therefore, once your order is placed, you may not be able to make changes or cancellations. For more information regarding changing or canceling an order, please Contact Us.

How can I track the status of my order?
Every in-stock order that is shipped is given a unique tracking number. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your order has been shipped, provides your shipment tracking number, and includes a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. You can also view complete details on all your previous orders, including shipping details at the My Account page.

What if I want to return something?
At Club 9-1-1, most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (less shipping and handling). Items must be returned in new condition, unused/unworn. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Returns will not be accepted without proper return authorization from our Customer Service Department.
